Lea is a postdoctoral researcher working between the Mineralogy group at the University of Potsdam, Germany, and the European Synchrotron Radiation Facility, ESRF, in Grenoble, France. Her research focuses on the study of materials under extreme conditions. Alongside her scientific work, she enjoys sketching and creating comics inspired by everyday life and the many scientific challenges she encounters.
