Zora Schirmeister is a scientist working at the Global Precipitation Climatology Centre (GPCC) at Deutscher Wetterdienst (German Meteorological Service (DWD)) in Germany. Her main interest is the quantification of the status and changes of the global water cycle, her special focus is on in-situ precipitation measurements and their quality control.
