Mário Franca

Mário Franca has more than 25 years of professional and academic experience and he is Professor of Hydraulic Engineering and Water Resources Management at the Institute of Water and Environment of the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, in Germany. Among other topics, he investigates the stability of large debris during floods and its integration in flood management practice.
