How to vEGU – Networking (part 4): Top 10 Networking events!

Throughout the two weeks of #vEGU21 the assembly will be host to a diverse number of networking events. In this blog we’ve highlighted some of the key events of interest to attendees. Events are ordered in date-order from the start of the conference.

You can keep up-to-date on Networking events by in the EGU Programme. This year there are two options: the EGU sponsored Networking events and the Pop-up Networking events. On the programme webpage click on “Please Select” and then “Networking” to find EGU sponsored events such as Division-wide networking events, ECS Division networking events, and the Science for Policy Meet and Greet. Alternatively select the “Pop-Up Networking Events” to find events organised by attendees and members, such as the ECS machine learning networking event, the Mindfulness Hour, and a discussion on the impact of COVID-19 on research and the scientific community. If you’re feeling inspired to add your own event, then you can schedule a networking session using the Pop-Up Scheduler.
